Kid Lucky is a is a hip hop vocalist who has created a style called beat rhyming which combines beat boxing and word rhyming at the same time. No track playing in the background, no DJ scratching with him and no loop pedals. With influences from beatboxers like Doug E Fresh, Rahzel, Masai Electro, solo singers like Bobby McFerrin , all vocalists who are masters in the art of solo vocal performances, Kid Lucky is pushing the boundaries of rhyming and beat boxing . For over 10 years Kid Lucky has wowed audiences with his freestyle ability in beat boxing and spoken word. Now by combining them both Kid Lucky has created a whole new vocal technique which lands in the genre of spoken word and Neo Soul.
He has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Doug E Fresh, Rahzel, MC Supernatural, Michael Winslow, Baba Israel, Rabbi D, Greg Pattillo, Abiyah, Shockwave, and more in The USA. Outside of America Kid Lucky has performed with Killa Kela (UK), Eklipse (France), Bellatrix (UK), Bee Low (Germany), Jaro Cossiga (Czech Rep.), Freaky Jesus (Czech Rep), Tik Tak (Poland), Eyesful (Holland), Dharni (Singapore) Kaz (Japan), Afra (Japan) and many, many more.
